Ongata Rongai: Car rams another causing heavy traffic jam on Magadi Road - PHOTOS

An accident involving two saloon cars has occurred on Magadi Road at the Total Energies filling station near Laiser Hill Academy.

According to eyewitnesses, one car was driving across the road from the junction next to the filling station while the car came speeding from Kiserian's direction towards Ongata  Rongai Town.

The car from Kiserian's direction screeched and swerved to the side of the road as the driver applied the brakes to avoid ramming into the other car.

Unfortunately, the cars crashed as the vehicle was at a high speed.

Both vehicles were damaged on the front sides, but luckily, nobody was injured during the accident.

The accident caused a traffic jam on that section of the road mainly affecting motorists headed towards Kiserian.

Motorists plying that route are advised to be cautious when approaching that area.
