Samsung Electronics has exhibited it pledge to embrace AI-driven technology and innovation at the  Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2024 as it seeks to revolutionise the global consumer electronics industry.

Samsung says it is embedding AI abilities on a variety of its devices as part of its intentional efforts to give prominence to Artificial Intelligence (AI) as the foundation of innovation.

“At Samsung, AI isn't just a feature; it's the catalyst for transformative experiences,” said Samsung Electronics East Africa Head of Consumer Electronics Sam Odhiambo.

He added: “We are reimagining consumer electronics, infusing AI into our products to create personalised, intuitive, and seamlessly connected experiences."

Samsung Electronics seeks to democratize AI and entrench it into the everyday life of its consumers given its robust production of more than 500 million smart devices each year.

The firm has invested in AI for the past decade to boost user experience and responsible innovation while encouraging sustainability, accessibility, and reduced environmental impact.

Samsung's AI-led innovations are spread across varied product categories which include visual display, digital appliances, mobile experiences, as well as automotive technology.
