Detectives based in Mombasa have launched a manhunt for an international serial fraudster, who is wanted for multiple fraud cases in different countries.
The suspect, who goes by various names including Don Solomon, Mukisa Okello, Tony Taban Suleiman Malish, Yee, and Big Papa, is accused of depositing a bad cheque of Sh599,950 and fraudulently obtaining 10 television sets from Naivas Mwembe Tayari branch.
Additionally, he is also accused of obtaining assorted steel rods valued at Sh842,000 from Bayfair Hardware at Bombolulu in Mombasa and once again depositing a bad cheque of a similar amount at the hardware's bank account.
The suspect, believed to be a South Sudanese national, has been previously arraigned for forgery and being in the country illegally, and has been accused of obtaining services from top 5-star hotels in Nairobi without paying.
At one such establishment located along Chiromo Road, the fugitive failed to settle a bill of Sh1.045 million despite having stayed at the luxurious facility for several days.

The individual known as Big Papa, who displays an ostentatious lifestyle, is suspected to have gifted a Ugandan TV host with a sleek automobile that Ugandan authorities later discovered to have been stolen from Congo DRC by the Ugandan authorities.
The suspect is also facing allegations of fraud and related offenses at multiple banks in Melbourne Capital, Victoria State, Australia.
Recently, the individual was sighted in Roysambu's Mirema Drive, where it is believed that he is currently residing.
The suspect has eluded a police dragnet twice in the area and detectives have urged anyone with information on his whereabouts to contact them via a toll-free number provided.
