The process of collection of the Huduma Namba cards has commenced in Nairobi County.

Interior Principal Secretary Karanja Kibicho said on Thursday that collection desks had been set up in all Huduma Centres.

Dr Kibicho said the card collection desks had also been established at all the 17 sub-county offices across the Nairobi metropolitan area.

He added that the Government will be sending SMS notifications to all those who registered for

Huduma Namba alerting them on where to collect their cards.

Last month, Interior CS Fred Matiang’i clarified that Kenyans had until December to collect their cards and thereafter it will be a must to have a Huduma card to access any government service.
