Controversial comedian Eric Omondi has, for an umpteenth time, spoken about his stay at a popular comedy show, the Churchill show.

Speaking recently on a local infotainment channel, the self-proclaimed president of comedy revealed that he never received a single penny for three consecutive seasons for his performance at the show.

He continued by giving a stern warning to other comedians who tarnish Churchill’s name when things go South.

Eric advised comedians to take the advantage of being exposed while at the show and capitalize instead of complaining about payment.

“Churchill has never called anyone to join the show. It is us who went to beg for a chance to perform on his show because it is famous. He gave us the platform to build ourselves as comedians. Churchill has never paid me, but he does not owe anything because he made me famous. I am the one who owes him instead,” he said.

While on the same note, Eric asked all the comedians to come together and contribute whatever they will manage as a token of appreciation to Churchill for mentoring them.

While giving an example of himself, Eric said that people should stop blaming Churchill as his show has produced several successful people.
