Popular socialite Zari Hassan has trashed rumours making rounds on social media that she finally got married over the weekend to a handsome man whose name is yet to be known.

The beautiful lass is in Uganda on a work trip and she went ahead sharing photos from her trip on social media.

What captured the eyes of social media users was the photos with a wedding set up which got many talking. These photos showed the businesswoman in a cute pose with the tall, handsome man and dressed in matching outfits.

Netizens concluded it was indeed a wedding after taking a good look at the photos and noticed a group of men in the same room wore white Kanzus which are won by Ugandan men during traditional weddings.

After the photos went viral, rumours spread that she had already introduced the new man to her family and everything was done and completely successful.

However, Zari has strongly denied the claims asking her fans to ignore the rumours as she is not married. She revealed the photos were from a recent gospel music video shoot.

“There are photos circulating on social media, please ignore them. They are from an upcoming gospel music video with a prominent man of God. Ignore everything you’re reading on the internet,” she said.

About a month ago the 41-year-old mother of five announced she is single again.

However, she disappointed men ready to shoot their shots by saying she is not searching.

She shared a cute photo of herself on Sunday enjoying good moments at the port and a fan inquired about her relationship.

“Sorry to ask but for now, are you single or taken?” the curious fan inquired.

She quickly responded noting she is single but not searching.
