Moët & Chandon on Friday commemorated this year’s Moët Grand Day themed ‘Toast to Togetherness’ by bringing together stars from across Africa on Champagne Day.
This year’s Moët Grand Day acted as a reminder to champagne lovers across the continent to celebrate each and every achievement from the smallest to the biggest victory.

The grand toast was led by African stars chosen and admired for their unique national and continental contributions and was led by musicians, moguls, mavens and mentors.
All the selected personalities received personalised Moët & Chandon, which was hand-delivered to their locations accompanied by golden drinking glasses.

Guests gathered with stylish home rendezvous, toasted to sunsets or dined with friends while wearing dazzling gold and raised their glasses to celebrate at exactly 17:43 watching the sunset.
Stars from Kenya included actresses Catherine Kamau and Foi Wambui, make-up artist Phoina Tosha and media personality Anita Nderu, who celebrated alongside African Elite PR CEO Lucia Musau all of them hailing from Kenya.

South Africa was represented by tv personality Boity Thulo and entrepreneur Maps Maponyane alongside, Tanzania by Rio Paul, Cameroon, DR Congo and Ivory Coast in the celebrations.

This year’s ‘Toast to Togetherness’ celebration was aimed at explaining why Moët & Chandon remains the world’s most revered champagne for special moments since inception in 1743.
