Celebrated actor Omosh Kizangila, real name Joseph Kinuthia has apologized to Kenyans following his second appeal for financial help.
Many Kenyans slammed Omosh noting that his audacity disrespects their efforts and participation in making him a happy man again.
Appearing at an interview with YouTuber Hiram Maina alias Kamuhunjia Omosh started off by thanking every single Kenyan who took part in donating for him, saying he appreciated the good work.
He also appreciated the contributions because through them, he was able to clear all his debts and started living a happy life with no disturbances.

The thespian further dismissed claims that he is broke again stating that the interview was misinterpreted. According to him, he only wished to get a tripod, camera and lights from a Kenyan.
“Unajua kama an actor unaeza make tu statement hivo tu ukijua it’s on a lighter note but pale njee mtu anachukulia in a different perspective, mtu anaona sa nilimuona ya kwanza tena anataka ya pili? I was just entertaining Kenyans when giving out my number, I’m a comic, Forgive me Kenyans. “ Said Omosh.
He continued by asking Kenyans to find a place in their hearts and forgive him and forget what happened, as it’s already a future talk.
Omosh also addressed a viral video of him seeming extremely drunk and receiving help from a random man.
The video elicited mixed reactions online as many concluded he drunk all the money received.
But while answering a question of whether he is still a drunkard, Omosh said that he was previously a drunkard before coming to the limelight but then stopped.
He was forced to start drinking when the Covid-19 pandemic hit the country as he had nothing to do but visit the bar.
He also disclosed that after his second appearance on the screens after a long time, most people paid him appearance fees to appear at their events, where they offered him alcoholic drinks.
Omosh was optimistic that with or without rehab he would fight against his addiction.
“There is this one I went, well dressed in a suit. I don’t know how I found myself but at the last minute, I found myself drinking and I do not even know how I got home. I was so embarrassed because my children got to see me like that. I know I can make it with or without rehab. “
