Controversial socialite Amber Ray has confirmed that her controversial marriage with flashy Nairobi businessman Jamal Ibrahim alias Ibrahim Roho Safi has ended.
Amber took to her Instagram account on Thursday and confirmed that she was no longer in a relationship with the flamboyant Matatu Operators Association chairman.
During a question and answer session on her Insta Story, Amber, real name Faith Makau, confirmed she was single and searching, but was looking for a foreign boyfriend this time.
One of her fans had asked her if she was still dating Jamal and without hesitation she revealed that they had separated.
More questions about the relationship followed and the socialite received another question asking if she is depressed or broken after being dumped.
She answered the question by saying, “Like I said, I live for now, and life is all about creating memories.”
Another fan reminded her of the drama she and Jamal’s first wife Amira had caused at her Syokimau residence, which saw the two fight publicly for Jamal.
The random fan wanted to know if she regreted ever fighting for the showy hunk only to be dumped weeks later.
While answering the fan, she trashed claims that she was fighting for him saying she was fighting for herself.
“Actually I was fighting for me, ata sahii mtu akinikanyaga napita na yeye,” she affirmed.
Another follower wanted to know if she would return all the expensive things that Jamal had purchased for her while they were dating and she answered in the negative.
She also made it clear that she would not be shifting back to Syokimau and that everything she has now belongs to her.
“Huko nishatoka, what I have in my life now is 100% mine,” she affirmed.
Fans kept on poking their noses into their ended marriage with many asking what caused their break-up but the socialite decided to remain tight-lipped on that.
She said she would not be dating any time soon and, when she does, it will not be a Kenyan man, coming days after Jamal took a break from social media after his polygamous marriage drama.
