With only a few stops left before the grand finale, scheduled for December 5, the stakes could not be higher.
The top two teams emerging from this leg will secure their coveted spots in the grand showdown.
The tournament, which has swept across Kenya and spilled into the wider East African region, has attracted seasoned golfers and emerging talents alike.
According to the organisers, Sigona’s pristine layout and challenging fairways promise a thrilling contest for both players and spectators.

Club Captain Sammy Mwiti expressed Sigona’s enthusiasm ahead of the event, saying: “We are extremely proud to be part of the 2025 KCB East Africa Golf Tour. This competition has played an integral role in advancing the growth of the sport. As Sigona Golf Club, we welcome all golfers to our course, which is in pristine condition. We look forward to a fantastic outing on Saturday.”
The tour, now in its 17th round, has already left its mark in counties across Kenya, including Nairobi, Nakuru, Kisumu, Laikipia, Nandi, Mombasa, Kisii, Kiambu, Machakos, and Kericho.
Beyond the borders, players have teed off in Uganda and Burundi, enhancing the regional appeal of the series.
KCB Group Director Marketing and Communications Rosalind Gichuru emphasised the broader impact of the tournament.
“The KCB East Africa Golf Tour is more than just a sporting event; it is a platform for regional integration, talent development, and economic empowerment. As we head to Sigona, we are excited to witness great competition and camaraderie, and to further entrench golf as a key sport for social impact across the region,” Gichuru remarked.
By mid-season, the 2025 edition had already drawn participation from over 2,000 golfers across East Africa.
More than 1,000 juniors have also taken part in golf clinics organised alongside the main events, reinforcing the tournament’s commitment to nurturing the next generation of talent.
As anticipation builds for the final leg, KCB has announced that the club producing the grand finale’s winning team will receive Sh1 million to support a sustainability initiative at their club.
The winning team will also earn the rare opportunity to represent the region in a prestigious international golf tournament.
With Sigona now in the spotlight, players, fans, and club officials are bracing for a weekend of spirited competition, strategic play, and perhaps the emergence of the next champions of East African golf.
