The Anti-Terrorism Police Unit (ATPU) was on Monday ordered to produce former Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko in court on Tuesday for the hearing of his terror related case.
The order was issued by the court after Sonko failed to be presented in court.
The ousted county boss was admitted to Nairobi Hospital in an ambulance I February 9 with claims of stomach pains.
Before being rushed to hospital, Sonko appeared before Kiambu Chief Magistrate Stella Atambo to face charges over multiple charges of assault and forcible entry.
However, he was released on a Sh300,000 bond with a surety of a similar amount after denying the charges.
