Familiar Kenya Kwanza faces that lost seats in the previous general election may have made a comeback in President William Ruto’s administration, according to a list that surfaced online.
Only three days after the court the Employment and Labour Relations Ruto the green light to establish the position of the Chief Administrative Secretaries (CAS) in the executive, the president has appointed 21 persons to fill in the positions.
The list features names of those people who lost various elective seats during the previous general election either at the party primaries or at the ballot.
Among the people whose names have appeared in the list include Cleophas Malala, Millicent Omanga, Wangui Ngirici, Isaac Mwaura Okoth Obado, Charles Njagua alias Jaguar, Anwar Loitiptip among others.
The Law Society of Kenya had moved to court to challenge the appointment of the CAS’s, arguing the public service was bloated.

After the LSK moved to court, short-listing and subsequent interviewing of candidates were halted, pending the court’s conclusion on the matter.
