A dashcam from a city motorist has managed to capture the moment a motorist driving a Range Rover on the wrong side of the road hit another vehicle before speeding off.
The video evidence emerged after a woman whose vehicle was rammed by the escaping Range Rover registration KBV 450G at a roundabout raised the issue on Twitter on Tuesday.
It also emerged the driver was being pursued by a policeman on a motorcycle when he slammed the saloon car belonging to Esther Ndeti and did not stop to assess the damage.

The incident happened at the Dennis Pritt-Likoni Road roundabout in Kilimani, with the Range Rover driver emerging from Dennis Pritt escaping on the Likoni Road route.
“Dear #KOT, I need your help! Range Rover KBV 450G was speeding on the wrong side of the roundabout & slammed into my car from the front and immediately sped away,” Esther lamented on Twitter.
She went on, “There was a bike cop after him but the driver got away. I am NOT physically hurt, but he needs to be brought to book!”

Esther has appealed to members of the public to help identify the runaway rogue driver so that they can face the full force of the law for the various traffic offences committed including running a red light.
City lawyer and businessman Duke Laston is the person who managed to capture the whole incident, which happed very fast, on the dash cam of his BMW car and shared it with Esther.
So the BMW came with a dashcam and yesterday I load a memory card… today morning I captured my first instance. The Range Rover was running from the traffic police…broke all the laws and rammed into another car at the round about and sped off. #kenyans pic.twitter.com/B5fwBEj0Iz
