This comes a day after Sakaja urged the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) tribunal to dismiss a petition filed by Gakuu Wahome challenging his university academic credentials.

In his response, Sakaja also denounced the name mentioned in the petition against him, saying he is not Johnson Koskei Sakaja and termed the complaints as being “legally incompetent and fatally defective”.
