Detectives have arrested four notorious suspects who have been causing havoc to people travelling along Thika Superhighway.
The four suspects were arrested on Wednesday afternoon following an operation that was necessitated by the recent spate of abductions reported to the authorities targeting travellers along the busy highway.
Their arrest comes after a successful operation executed by Ruiru based detectives who had been trailing the suspects. The suspects were caught while they were trying to lure another victim into their trap.
The team of detectives stopped the vehicle the criminals were travelling in at Kahawa Wendani and ordered them to surrender. Luckily, the thugs heeded the orders and avoided any form of confrontation.
