Pro Chinese golfer Ashun Wu has won the Magical Kenya Open Golf Tournament held at the Muthaiga Golf Club.
Wu is the first person of Asian descent to win the Magical Kenya Open trophy.
Playing in the second-last team, Wu seized the leadership from Scottish Ewen Fergusson after carding 6 under par 65 to win his fourth DP World Tour title.
With Sunday’s win, Wu holds six victories as a pro out of the 158 appearances, which makes him the most successful golfer from China in the tour's history.

President Uhuru Kenyatta presided over the prize-giving ceremony and presented Wu with his trophy.
Wu said he was happy to win the championship at the gruelling event.
“It’s a very good feeling today to win this championship. It was very tough today. After two rounds, I told myself, if I can make five-under every day on the weekend and finish 15 under, I think I’ll have a chance to win the tournament. Today I was four shots behind and still playing to my plan. Five under was my goal today and after ten holes I had a good feeling, and I told myself I’ll keep playing and make a couple of birdies and it’s fine,” said Wu.
The winner of the Tournament bagged Sh37 million, the runner-up took Sh24 million while the player ranked third took Sh14 million.
