Kenya has extradited two British fugitives who were wanted in the United Kingdom for murder.
Transnational and Organized Crimes detectives arrested the two British nationals in Kilimani are on Wednesday after following intelligence leads.
An international warrant of arrest for the two Mohamud Siyad Abdihakim 24 and Monteiro Tariq Kennedy Mangal 21 after they were linked to the brutal murder of a 16-year-old boy named Alex Smith from Wembley, North-West London.
Smith was stabbed at least twice in the chest by members of a rival group who drove by in two stolen vehicles.
Metropolitan police who have been on the look for the suspects believe one of them actually stabbed Smith while the other drove the stolen vehicle.

Apparently, the two suspects had been hiding from the law in Nairobi’s Kilimani estate.
Detectives recovered a Somali identification card bearing the name Abdulahi Abshir Mohamed and a dagger from Tariq.
The duo has been extradited to the UK to face justice for the crimes they committed where they will join two other accomplices who are already serving their sentences for their involvement in the heinous murder of Smith.
