The Head of State President Uhuru Kenyatta has made new appointments in government agencies.
In Uhuru’s new appointments, former Attorney General Githu Muigai has been reappointed to Council of Legal Education as its non-executive chairperson.
The KANU Secretary General Nick Salat has been appointed the chairperson to the Agricultural Development Board.
Other notable individuals appointed by Uhuru include Andrew Musangi who has been appointed to the Public Procurement Regulatory board and Kathleen Openda who has been reappointed as the chairperson of Kenya Institute of Mass Communication.
Renowned defence lawyer and former Director of Public Prosecution Kioko Kilukumi has been appointed the chairperson of Energy and Petroleum Tribunal.
