Deputy President William Ruto has urged Parliamentarians to stop wasting time and resources on the debate of the constitutional amendment.
He asked them to use their remaining time to legislate and address the issues that affect the livelihoods of Kenyans instead.
Ruto was speaking in Bungoma during a meeting with some leaders from the region.
He challenged the legislators to work towards fast-tracking people-centred legislators on matters such as National Health Insurance Fund Act and the Housing Act.
