The family of former Cabinet Minister, a renowned politician and Maasai kingpin the late William Ole Ntimama is mourning the death of their matriarch.
Dorcas Pedelai Ntimama passed on at the Nairobi Hospital where she was receiving treatment on June 25, 2021.
The cause of the death of Ntimama’s widow still remains undisclosed.
Friends and politicians have sent messages of condolence to the family led by the Head of State President Uhuru Kenyatta.

"It is heartbreaking that we've lost Mama Dorcas. As a nation, we are grateful for her many years of service to Kenya especially in Narok where, with her late husband the Hon Ole Ntimama, they offered leadership and service to the community for many years." President Kenyatta said.
"For those of us that interacted with Mama Dorcas, we shall miss her maternal demeanour and welcoming smile that made everyone around her comfortable," Uhuru continued.
“Losing a parent is never easy. May you find solace in the lovely memories you shared with your dear mother and may she rest in eternal peace,” concluded Uhuru.
