Nova Pioneer Co-Founder and Director Christopher Khaemba is among the 10 finalists shortlisted for the prestigious Africa Education Medal 2024.

The medal founded by T4 Education and HP celebrates outstanding individuals who are transforming education in Africa and have demonstrated impact, leadership, and advocacy.

The 2024 winner will attend the World Schools Summit in Dubai on November 23-24 and nominate a school to receive membership of T4 Education’s Best School to Work programme.

This is an independent, evidence-based mechanism to certify schools for their culture and assist them transform their working environment to attract and retain the best teachers.

Khaemba, a Kenyan educator, co-founded Nova Pioneer, a pan-African school group with the mission of developing innovators and leaders who will shape the African Century.
