Raila Odinga’s aide Silas Chepkeres Jakakimba had proposed to the apple of his eye in a colourful even.

He has proposed to the lady he has been having a long-term relationship with named Florence.

Jakakimba went on his knees to ask officially for the lady’s hand in marriage.
