Popular personality and journalist Lynn Ngugi announced she would be exiting digital news platform Tuko after nearly 5 years.

Lynn made that announcement on August 18, 2021.

Taking to social media, Ngugi who won the hearts of many via her human interest stories thanks to TUKO’s platform bid her fans a goodbye, noting she was truly exciting.

Ngugi was a producer and Tuko talks host and thanks to her good work, resilience, and consistency rose high on the ladder.

“Yes I am leaving Tuko but I promise you this is not goodbye, talk soon,” wrote Ngugi. 

Ngugi, however, did not disclose her new venture but speculations are rife that she would be joining a bigger media house.

This comes a month after the producer, content developer, and one of the media celebrities was awarded the ‘I Change Nations Community Ambassador Award’.

Lynn is arguably the best in originality and also a good sense of humour has bestowed the award in recognition of her commitment and dedication to impacting lives in the community.

Ngugi was the head of TUKO’s video department and the host of Tuko talks.
