Media personality Shaffie Weru has been thrown into mourning after losing three of his uncles within 24 hours.
The former radio presenter made the sad news known to his fans via a social media post on Monday.
Also known as the Reverend, he disclosed that Abdalla and Marko Sheriff had departed and asked God to rest them in eternal peace.
“I have lost three people in the last 24 hours. There are no if’s in God’s world. And no places are safer than other places. The centre of his will is our only safety. Let Us Pray that we may always know it,” he wrote.
This comes just a month after he got fired from Homeboyz Radio alongside DJ Joe Mfalme and Neville Muasya.

The trio was found at fault after their insensitive remark against women.
Their utterances on Thursday hit out at one 20-year-old Eunice Wangari Wakimbi, who was thrown off the 12th floor of Ambank House by her boyfriend during their first date after meeting on Facebook.
Their remarks on the story insinuated that women were nowadays “too available” which seemingly heaped the blame on the woman involved in the saga for the misfortune that left her walking in crutches as she pursued justice in court.
While addressing the issue Shaffie said people misunderstood the context.
“It happened so fast. They did not take time to find out what the story was all about. Only a part of the conversation was picked…my fans, friends and Kenyans betrayed me,” said Shaffie.
