Neville Livingstone or popularly known as Bunny Wailer has finally been laid to rest at his Dreamland Farm in a private family burial service today.

Reports say that his burial was delayed due to the government's Covid-19 restrictions.

Bunny died three months ago while receiving treatment at the Medical Associates Hospital in Kingston on March 2, 2021.

He was the last surviving member of the wailers, a group he formed together with another legendary reggae artist Bob Marley.

Regarding Bunny’s wishes and the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic, the family decided that there would be no viewing of Bunny’s body.

Bunny Wailer’s Thanksgiving Service held at the Perry’s Funeral Home in St Catherine.

State Minister Alando Terrelonge who came in place of the Entertainment & Culture Minister Olivia ‘Babsy’ Grange, opposition leader Mark Golding, family and friends attended his memorial service.

There were also performances at the memorial from various reggae artists, including Bunny’s background singers.

His family thanked everyone who supported them through the grieving process.
