A mystery woman who was captured in a pose with Omar Lali has now come out to explain the photograph that has elicited animated debate on social media. 

Koko Kamillah has denied being Lali’s new catch months after he lost his lover, the late Tecra Muigai, daughter of Keroche Breweries founder and CEO Tabitha Karanja and Joseph Karanja.

Kamillah narrated on her Instagram stories how she had received many messages alerting her about how her photo with Lali had caused a buzz online and trended ‘for the wrong reasons.’

She denied being romantically involved with Lali, coming as many Kenyans, especially men were praising the 50-year-old man from Lamu for bagging another beautiful lass after losing Tecra.

Tecra Muigai, a sister to Keroche heiress Anerlisa Muigai, died after falling off a flight of stairs and sustaining serious injuries on the left side of her head while at a holiday home with Lali in Lamu.

Lali was arrested over her death but later released following an order from the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and an inquest set up to establish circumstances surrounding the death.
