The late business mogul Chris Kirubi’s son-in-law Andrew Musangi has joined the board of Centum Investment Group.

Centum board chairperson Donald Kaberuka announced Musangi’s move in a statement.

Kaberuka in his statement noted that Musangi was CK’s son-in-law and has been expected to join the board to replace CK.

Kaberuka also said Musangi brings with him a wealth of over 26 years of experience to Centum Group.

Musangi is also experienced in land law, mergers and acquisition, banking and finance.

He had been preferred to join the board to replace his father-in-law who was the largest shareholder of Centum Group.

Musangi has held many positions before joining the Centum group

In 1997, he chaired the Jubilee National Executive board that was instrumental to Jubilee’s 2017 nomination process.

He has also chaired the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).

Musangi is a graduate of the University of Hull graduate also runs his own law firm - Mukite Musangi and Company Advocates.

He is married to CK's daughter Mary Ann Kirubi
