In a groundbreaking event on Thursday, Tesla CEO Elon Musk showcased a futuristic vision for transportation with the introduction of robotaxis, a robovan, and an advanced humanoid robot.

Held at the Warner Bros. studio near Los Angeles, the event, titled "We, Robot," marked a significant shift in Tesla's focus from a traditional automaker to a cutting-edge robotics company.

The star of the show was the Cybercab, a sleek, self-driving vehicle with gull-wing doors and no steering wheel or pedals.

Musk also unveiled the Robovan, a larger, self-driving vehicle designed to transport up to 20 people.

The Robovan is part of Tesla's ambitious plan to create a fleet of self-driving taxis that passengers can hail through an app.

Additionally, individual Tesla owners will have the opportunity to earn income by listing their vehicles as robotaxis.

To complement its transportation innovations, Tesla showcased its Optimus humanoid robot.
