Global smart device brand OPPO has announced its plan to unveil its latest smartphone, the OPPO Reno 8 series, in Kenya.

The soon-to-be-unveiled OPPO Reno 8 series boasts of durability, reliable performance, and an all-around smooth experience for its eager users with a pledge of improved performance.

According to OPPO, the Reno8 series will include the Reno8 5G and the Reno8.

The OPPO Reno8 5G will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 5G-integrated SoC, to provide a smooth performance for the new device.

The device also boasts of an incredibly efficient chip that powers its games, apps and streaming added to a smooth mobile entertainment whether during the day or at night.

The Reno8 5G also incorporates a faster, safer and more reliable experience with an 80W SUPERVOOCTM Flash Charge and OPPO’s exclusive Battery HealthEngine, which ensures the user has the mobile experience for much longer and in the quickest time achieved yet.


The Reno8 5G also significantly improves heat dissipation and remains cool due to its Super-Conductive Vapor Chamber (VC) Liquide Cooling System.

Being the portrait expert, the Reno8 5G is being powered by the Dual Sony Flagship Sensors and several AI-enhanced imaging features including Ultra Night Video and Night Portrait.


The new smartphone has adopted a flagship-level Streamlined Unibody Design by integrating the camera module and the back cover to make it appear smooth and seamless.

On the other hand, the OPPO Reno8 4G promises to deliver a highly fluent day-to-day user experience and comes with a 4500mAh battery and 33W SUPERVOOCTM.


A smoother experience on the Oppo Reno8 4G at all times is riding on the back of a RAM Expansion technology and AI System Booster.
