Africa’s 100m record holder Ferdinand Omanyala has been selected as the new OPPO Kenya ambassador following his most memorable year in his illustrious career.

He now joins OPPO’s O-Stars team for the Reno6 5G that comprises of actor Pascal Tokodi, singer Avril Nyambura, as well as media personalities Lulu Hassan and Jalang’o.

Omanyala, who clocked 9.77 seconds at the Kip Keino Classic Tour in September and set the African record, will spearhead the mobile phone manufacturer’s ‘Embrace Speed Campaign’.

The OPPO campaign recognizes the Reno6 5G’s battery capability to achieve 100 per cent charge in just 28 minutes.

This is due to the 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 and a large 4,300 mAh battery enabling all-day usage even with a very low battery allowing Reno6 5G to deliver speedy performance with balanced power consumption.

OPPO also optimized Reno6 5G for a more immersive mobile gaming experience which is enabled by a detailed and expressive tactile feedback of vibrations with Z-axis linear motor.

Customized gaming features like Quick Startup, Game Focus Mode, and OPPO’s own Hyperboost 4.0 technology all contribute to creating a more immersive experience.
