Kenya Railways has announced that it will suspend Nairobi Commuter Rail Service in a number of destinations in Nairobi county and its environments during the Easter weekend.
In a statement on Thursday evening, Kenya Railways said it is suspending commuter train services from the Nairobi Terminus to Syokimau, Ruiru, Embakasi and Kikuyu stations on Friday and resume Monday.
The Madaraka Express commuter service between the Nairobi Terminus and Ngong Station will also be suspended during the same Easter weekend.

The said commuter rail services will resume on Tuesday April 6, according to Kenya Railways.
