Two teachers from Kibwezi in Makueni County were on Monday charged with committing indecent acts with minors at the Makindu Law Courts.
However, Fredrick Kioko and Joseph Nduva, who are both teachers at a primary school located in Kibwezi, denied the charges.
Magistrate Jackline Karani released them on cash bail of Sh300,000 and Sh100,000 respectively, and the case will be mentioned on April 7 and 8.
The incident was reported to have happened during a school tour which was planned for 32 KCPE candidates ahead of their national examinations that commenced on Monday.
According to a police report, the two teachers were seen by a customer at the Tsavo Inn Hotel in Mtito Andei while fondling two minors in a swimming pool.

The two are then reported to have fled the scene when the police arrived.
