Detectives at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) have made a significant bust, seizing narcotics with an estimated value of Sh3.2 million and apprehending a Polish national involved in the illegal drug trade.

The suspect in custody, identified as Arkadiusz Stanislaw, aged 37, was intercepted at Terminal 1C of JKIA while preparing to board a flight to Hungary. This operation led to the discovery of a substantial quantity of heroin concealed within his luggage.

Stanislaw, who was en route to Budapest, Hungary's capital, now finds himself behind bars as he awaits further processing and formal charges related to his alleged involvement in drug trafficking.
