Water, Sanitation and Irrigation Cabinet Secretary Alice Wahome has come out to deny that she is the CS being linked with the forced occupation of a UDA Member of Parliament's house in Karen, Nairobi.

Alice, in a post on Twitter, said she is not involved in the grabbing of the multi-million shilling Amara Ridge house belonging to Gatanga MP Edward Wakili Muriu.

"That story of a house in Karen involving a CS , leave me out," said Alice.

She added, "I'm not the one. Sorry Kenyans on Twitter. You missed this one."

The former Kandara MP asserted that she is not looking for a house telling off Kenyans on Twitter linking her with the saga

"Look for someone else. I'm not the one. I'm not looking for a house to live in," the CS stated.

This comes hours after it was reported that Labour CS Florence Bore had forcefully moved into the property owner by Muriu, a first-time MP who was elected on a UDA ticket.

Bore is alleged to have moved into the Karen home as Muriu and his wife Maria had flown out to the US for their daughter's graduation two weeks ago.
