President William Ruto has revoked the appointment of James Mandere Rogers Atebe as the Chairperson of the Pharmacy and Poisons Board and appointed Charles Githinji to replace him.

Githinji’s appointment was announced on Friday in a Kenya Gazette Notice dated January 20, 2023.

“I, William Samoei Ruto, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces appoint Charles Githinji (DR.) to be the Chairperson of the Pharmacy and Poisons Board. The appointment of James Mandere Rogers Atebe (Dr.) is revoked,” the gazette notice read.
