The Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Coalition presidential candidate Raila Odinga is leading in the presidential race to State House.
This is according to a fresh opinion poll conducted by a research firm known as Infotrak Research.
Currently, Raila is leading other presidential hopefuls in the race by 42 per cent beating his chief rival of the Kenya Kwanza Alliance William Ruto whose ratings stand at 38 per cent.
The percentages represent 9.3 million votes and 8.4 million votes for Raila and Ruto.

Ruto’s popularity continues to dwindle as a 42 per cent drop has been reported in the poll conducted after the selection of running mates, while Raila’s popularity has remained constant.
According to Infotrak Research CEO Angela Ambitho, the poll that had 9000 interviews was conducted in all the 47 counties between May 27, 2022, and May 9, 2022.
Ambitho also said the study included all the 290 constituencies with a +1 or -1 marginal error.
The poll revealed the major issues that concern most Kenyans are the cost of living at 53 per cent, the infrastructure at 49 per cent and the unemployment rate, which came third at 44 per cent.
The study also showed that access to clean water and health care also concerns most Kenyans.
