A court has released a serial examination fraudster named Oscar Brighton on a Sh1 million bond.
This came after Brighton denied two charges of being found in possession of National examination papers and disclosing the content of the examination to another person through a mobile phone.
He appeared at the Milimani Law Courts before Chief Justice Wendy Kagendo.
Undercover detectives attached to the Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) monitoring and surveillance unit arrested the third-year economics student at Zetech University for selling fake exam papers about a week ago.
Brighton was found in possession of fake Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) and Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination papers and soft copies of others on his mobile phone.
