The Chief Administrative Secretary in the Ministry of Industrialisation, Trade and Enterprise Development, David Osiany is in mourning following the passing of his father Jared Osiany.

Osiany took to his social media accounts to share the sad news about the loss.

The CAS mourned his father as brave, thoughtful, wise, measured, forthright and loving.

“My father, my friend, OSIEPA has rested. Brave, Thoughtful, Wise, Measured, Forthright & Loving. That’s who we have lost,” Osiany wrote.

Osiany revealed through his tweet that his father never called him by name rather referred to him as (Osiepa), dholuo for my friend.

“Always referring to me as OSIEPA (my friend), my father never called me by name,” he said.

However, he did not disclose the cause of his father's demise.

He was once a community services manager of Sony Sugar company.
