The police in Kisii have launched a serious manhunt for two brothers who hacked their 60-year-old father to death on Sunday Morning.

The incident happened at around 9 am at Kiamisiori Bogetunya village in Kisii County.

After committing the heinous crime, the duo Boniface Osoro Saisi alias Bob and Getaro Osoro varnished into the thin air leaving behind a slasher and a kitchen knife believed to be the murder weapons.

Neighbours were alerted to a commotion by the deceased’s alarm, but when they came, they found him lying, soaked in a pool of his own blood.

He had sustained deep cuts on his left collarbone, chest and right wrist.

The two brothers fled the scene before the neighbours could descend on them.

Police have intensified the search of the murderous brothers as investigations into the incident are ongoing to establish the cause of the deadly attack.
