Police are looking for a 28-year-old man who clobbered his 30-year-old neighbour to death in Onyoso Village, Yala, Siaya county.

Preliminary investigations reveal the deceased identified as Marvin Onyango was earlier mocking the suspect identified as George Onyango for being a late starter in marriage.

Marvin also made ridiculed George that he could not handle his affairs and he was being 'assisted by other men'.

Marvin's sentiments seemed to have rubbed George the wrong way and quickly his anger grew short, prompting him to fetch the murder weapon namely a club, with which he dealt Marvin a fatal blow to the head.

Marvin dropped dead on the ground and George took off into hiding, leaving the village in a state of shock as the residents try to fathom the incident.

Sleuths have launched an intensive manhunt for the suspect and hope to apprehend him soon and have him charged for the heinous crime he committed.
