A suspect is being held in Murang’a by police after two boys accused him of defiling them overnight.

The suspect identifies as Kariuki alias Moi was arrested on Tuesday following the disappearance of the two boys on Monday night.

One of the minor’s mother Caroline Njoki went out looking for her son for the whole of Monday night only for the search to bear no fruit.

Little did she know her son was being held hostage and sodomised by Kariuki and would only turn up hours later in a dumpsite.

The suspect left the unfortunate boys stranded at Migingo dumpsite in Kenol after defiling them.

The boys narrated their chilling ordeal at the merciless hands of Kariuki before he being abandoned at the dumpsite.

The minors were immediately rushed to Murang’a Level 5 hospital for specialized medical attention.

Kariuki was also escorted to the same health facility under tight security to have the forensic team collect the necessary specimen from his body for analysis to build a watertight case against him.

According to the police, investigations are still ongoing and he will be arraigned in court to answer to his crimes.
