Comedian Eric Omondi has endorsed Jimi Wanjigi for president.

Omondi shared a video on his Instagram account with a message putting the old guard politicians on notice.

In his video, he mentioned Raila Odinga, Kalonzo Musyoka, William Ruto, Musalia Mudavadi among other politicians as the politicians who need to exit the political arena.

Omondi called upon the youth to rally behind fellow youth and sent the old guards home whom he says have not done much to improve the standards of living for the youth.

He urged the youth to come out in numbers and register as voters to rid all the elective posts of the old politicians who have done nothing but failed them.

“2022 is the last they’ll ever see of the parliament, is the last they’ll ever see of the senate, is the last they’ll ever see of the State House,” he asserted.

Omondi who has adopted a new slogan; ‘Fagia Wote’ which translates to ‘sweep them all’ finished his video by reminding the youth that they need a president who understands them and one who cares about their well-being.

He added that the young need a new face, someone who has not been in office and a president who understands commerce.

Businessman Jimmy Wanjigi has expressed his interest in the presidency and is hoping to vie on an ODM ticket.
