Kalonzo presented himself to detectives at the DCI headquarters on Wednesday morning to record a statement over alleged grabbing of his Yatta Farm land.
He was flanked by his lawyers led by Senior Counsel James Orengo and Mutula Kilonzo Jr and proceeded to record a statement over the allegations facing him.

This is the second time this year that Kalonzo is appearing before authorities after he presented himself at the DCI headquarters in January over the same allegations.
The Wiper Party Leader was accused by Deputy President William Ruto of illegally acquiring the parcel of land, a claim he vehemently refuted on several occasions.
