Motorists plying Magadi Road have run into some serious traffic snarl up on their way home on Tuesday evening.

Swala Nyeti reporter on the ground has confirmed that the heavy traffic jam starts piling from the Catholic University of East Africa Junction and stretches all the way into Ongata Rongai.

Vehicles especially the Passenger Service Vehicles are turning midway to find alternative routes to beat the heavy jam and deliver their passengers to their destinations.

The cause of the heavy snarl up is yet to be established.

However, it is clear that motorists overlapping are compounding the already bad situation.

Motorists heading towards Ongata Rongai-Kiserian are advised to avoid Magadi Road and use alternative routes to reach their destinations.
