Kenya National Football Team, Harambee Stars, head coach Jacob "Ghost" Mulee has announced that a medical procedure he underwent was successful.

Those close to Mulee said the Radio Maisha presenter was flown to India for specialised medical procedure, though it is not yet clear what he was hospitalised for.

Unconfirmed reports claim Ghost underwent surgery to donate a kidney to his elder brother, but this is yet to be officially confirmed.

He took to his Instagram page to announce to his fans that the procedure was successful and he thanked God for the same.

Ghost also shared photos of him and a man said to be his elder brother, a medic and another unidentified person at the hospital in India.

His colleahues and social media fans sent him their messages of a quick recovery and good health, led by singer Suzanna Owiyo and comedian Daniel Ndambuki alias Churchill.
