President Uhuru Kenyatta on Tuesday presided over the ground breaking ceremony for the construction of the 700-bed capacity Kenya National Research and Referral Hospital (KNRRH).

The mega-hospital is being constructed at Kabete Army Barracks in Kiambu County and is expected to be a Level 6 hospital once completed.
