Africa's A-list musicians are hepped up to shut down the beach from Wednesday during this year's annual Afro Nation Beach Festival at Portimao in Algarve region of Portugal.
The three-day festival is set to be held on June 28-30 and will have mega headliners like Burna Boy, Wizkid, American star 50 Cent, Davido, Booba and DJ Maphorisa among others.
Burna Boy will make a comeback on stage after a brief hiatus affected his sold-out show in Netherlands in the weekend, but promises to do his magic again in Portugal on Wednesday.
On the same day, other artistes who will be performing at the festival include sensational Arya Starr, Oxlade, Nissi, Camidoh, The Compozers and Jamaican dancehall star Popcaan.
On Thursday, Wizkid will be headlining the second day of the internationally famous beach festival alongside Asake, Black Sherrif, Lil Simz, Ms Banks and BNXN among others.

The final day of the carnival in Portugal on Friday June 30 will see a performance showdown on the Portimao stage between Nigerian star Davido and American hip-hop legend 50 Cent.
Among others who are scheduled to perform on the same final day include Sauti Sol, Booba, Fireboy DML, Vegedream, Gabzy and Gyakie.
For the fans of South African sensational Amapiano sound, DJ Maphorisa, Major League DJZ, Uncle Waffles and Focalistic will be keeping them busy on their feet throughout the festival.
The event is touted as the biggest Afrobeats festival in the world and is held in The Algarve, which boasts of 125 miles of coastline and an average temperature of 25 degrees in June and is touted as the perfect destination for lovers of golden sand and glistening sea.
Portimao, which is a historic centre has a distinctively Portuguese ambience, is the largest city in western Algarve and is renowned for tourism, leisure and retail.
The 2023 carnival is the second year Afro Nation Beach Festival is being held after the Covid-19 pandemic, where all the concerts were cancelled for a period of two years.
