Popular Kenyan socialite Amber Ray and her fiancé Kennedy Rapudo have announced they are expecting their first child together.

Amber and Kennedy took to Instagram to share the good news about the baby in the burn.

They also shared a photo of them with Rapudo standing behind Amber in the kitchen while holding a pregnancy kit test.

In one photo, Amber expressed her confidence in them being great parents and her happiness at having the baby with Rapudo.

“One thing I know for sure, we are going to be great parents…. @kennedyrapudo I’m happy I’m doing this with you,” Amber captioned one photo.

Their fans received well the news about the couple having a child on the way on social media and sent their congratulatory messages and well wishes in the endeavour.

Amber got engaged to Rapudo in November 2022 months after the former ended a steamy relationship with flamboyant Matatu Operators Association chairperson Jamal Roho Safi.


The relationship between Amber and Jamal caused a stir as Jamal’s wife was not amused at all and was embroiled in an ugly public spat with Amber.

The relationship between Amber and Jamal ended in June 2021, and Amber said she had her eyes set on finding love with a foreign man.


Amber later dated a former basketball player from Sierra Leone before rumours started going around that she was dating Rapudo after being spotted together frequently.
