American comedian and tv show host Steve Harvey has adopted Kenyan internet sensation Elsa Majimbo as his niece.
Elsa appeared on Steve’s Facebook Watch show on Thursday.
Steve offered to adopt Elsa as his niece and take him under his wings, opening all the doors for her.
“I'm going to adopt you as my niece, I will give you my phone number...I don’t care what you need, if you need anything, you need a place to go, you need some help, you need some advice, you wanna talk to somebody, you call me. I’m serious, and I don’t want to let anything happen to you,” Steve said.

Steve’s desire to bridge the gap between the two worlds between Africans and African Americans led him to make the bold decision.
Steve intimated he loves Africa because he never feels like a minority and encouraged his audience to visit.
“It’s been one of my main goals to bridge the gap between Africa and African Americans. If you’ve never been you have to go, but you know what I love about it? It’s the first time in my life that I wake up in the morning and I’m not a minority,” said Steve.
Steve assured Elsa that he had got her back and would offer any advice she wanted and anything else she needed.
“Elsa you got an uncle in the United States, anytime you need something, Uncle Steve got you and I’m going to give you all the advice you want,” Steve said.
Elsa came into the limelight after sharing her funny videos on social media when the pandemic broke out.
She has received world recognition from popular celebrities such as Rihanna and Naomi Campbell and now she is Steve Harvey’s ‘niece’.
Elsa moved from Kenya and settled in South Africa before moving to the United States of America.
