Former Citizen tv new anchor Hussein Mohammed has denied rumour circulating that he had joined K24 tv owned by Mediamax Limited.
In a tweet, Mohammed termed as fake the promotion photo circulating indicating that he had joined the tv station that has been linked with the President Uhuru Kenyatta family.
“Please treat this as fake”, he posted on Sunday alongside the circulating photo branded ‘FAKE’ in red.
“You’ll hear it from me soon enough whether or not I’ll be coming back to TV or any other platform. Mafans ninawapenda wo...wote!” he added ending speculation on his next move.

The prime-time news anchor quit Royal Media Services owned by billionaire businessman SK Macharia on October 4 last year after a fallout with his new bosses that he felt sidelined him.
Mohammed left the station that made him after ten years, which saw him gain national acceptance and celebrity status, saying he was taking a break and would return in future.
"It has been a wonderful 10 years at Citizen TV. I have enjoyed & relished every moment I shared with my colleagues at RMS. I have decided to take a break after October In Sha Allah to concentrate on other matters. Loved the fans, the critics & everything in between. See you soon," he posted at the time.
